Job Description
Residential Services Inc. (RSI) is seeking our next Information Technology (IT) Specialist. This position plays a crucial role in assisting with the IT Services that support our employees and our mission.

Responsibilities:
- Aid in daytoday IT operations including addressing help tickets supporting ongoing projects and managing our infrastructure.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with peers supervisors and team members.
- Communicate changes updates and project timelines effectively to stakeholders and team members.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Information Technology or related field or pursuing such a degree. Certifications or experience may also be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong technical skills including Azure Entra & Office 365 server management and network administration.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
