What you will be doing in this role:

This is a highly autonomous and fast paced role reporting into our experienced and supportive Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role you will support the team during a period of increased workload. With a focus on the recruitment across clinical and nonclinical recruitment roles. You will regularly be responsible for 25 job vacancies on an ongoing basis. Our TA team of four are high performing recruitment professionals and are part of the wider People & Culture team.

You will be responsible for delivering high quality recruitment outcomes to support our business and people workforce plans. The role spans all aspects of recruitment service delivery including stakeholder management taking job briefs advertising candidate shortlisting & screening interview coordination offers and preemployment compliance checks.

Additionally this role is crucial to championing our employer brand by ensuring an exceptional candidate experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process by giving timely feedback and guiding them throughout their application journey.

This is a 6month maximum term contract initially and there is a possibility that it might extend or convert to permanent in the future.

Who we are looking for:

  • Youll be an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fastpaced environment from either an internal and/or agency environment.
  • Youll have vast corporate specific recruitment background and be very familiar with recruiting a wide variety of different role types.
  • Youll be a proactive business partner helping to guide and coach hiring managers in recruitment best practice.
  • Youll have demonstrated experience screening high volume job applications but also proactively sourcing candidates for more difficult roles using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Youll have extensive experience using applicant tracking systems ensuring candidate statuses and notes are tracked for accurate reporting compliance and talent pooling. Highly desirable is experience using PageUp.
  • Youll have proven experience delivering outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience with exceptional communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Youll have unrestricted Australian Working Rights and be able to work full time for a minimum of 6 months continually.
