About REBLL

REBLL Network B.V. is a highperformance affiliate marketing network based in Amsterdam operating across Europe North America and Asia.

The Role

As Managing Director you will be at the helm of REBLLs strategic financial and operational leadership. Youll play a pivotal role in shaping our direction leading a talented team and driving international growth as we scale. You will be the face of REBLL to external partners while ensuring excellence in internal operations compliance and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute REBLLs business strategy aligned with our mission and market positioning
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor moves to keep the company innovative and competitive
  • Represent REBLL externally with key stakeholders partners and clients

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily operations across all departments ensuring smooth efficient and compliant execution
  • Lead financial planning forecasting and reporting
  • Uphold internal governance compliance (incl. data protection) and risk management frameworks

People & Culture

  • Lead and support senior leadership including Heads of Sales Marketing and HR
  • Cultivate a highperformance accountable and collaborative team environment
  • Drive structured talent development and performance management

Growth & Partnerships

  • Identify new commercial opportunities and growth markets for REBLLs affiliate network
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with key clients suppliers and business partners
  • Champion initiatives that expand REBLLs global reach and network strength

Authority & Accountability

  • Legally represent REBLL Network B.V. in all commercial legal and strategic matters as defined in the Articles of Association
  • Enter into agreements and financial commitments within boardapproved thresholds
  • Provide regular strategic financial and operational updates to the Board of Directors

Your Profile:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing Economics or a related field
  • Proven track record in senior leadershipideally within affiliate marketing digital media or a techdriven commercial environment

Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic thinker with handson execution skills especially in a scaleup context
  • Strong financial acumen and operational leadership
  • Excellent communicator able to navigate international multicultural teams with ease
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
  • Familiar with Dutch corporate governance and global business dynamics
