Key Responsibilities IoT Software and Embedded Systems Development

• Design develop and deploy IoT firmware middleware and cloudbased applications
• Integrate hardware devices and sensors with cloud platforms (AWS IoT Azure IoT GCP IoT etc.)
• Ensure device connectivity security and data integrity across distributed systems
• Collaborate with hardware engineers backend developers and product teams on endtoend IoT solutions
• Develop APIs protocols and interfaces for devicetodevice and devicetocloud communication
• Troubleshoot debug and resolve crossplatform IoT integration issues
• Optimise system performance power consumption and scalability
• Stay abreast of advancements in IoT technologies protocols and industry trends

Skills and Experience IoT Protocols Cloud Platforms and Embedded Programming

• Handson experience with IoT protocols (MQTT CoAP HTTP WebSockets BLE Zigbee LoRaWAN etc.)
• Strong knowledge of microcontroller platforms (ARM ESP32 Arduino Raspberry Pi etc.)
• Expertise in embedded programming languages (C C Python or )
• Experience with cloud IoT platforms (Azure IoT Hub AWS IoT Core Google Cloud IoT Core) and device provisioning
• Familiarity with wired and wireless connectivity standards (WiFi Ethernet Cellular Bluetooth etc.)
• Proficiency in data handling analytics and security within IoT ecosystems
• Comfortable with version control systems and collaborative code management (Git SVN)
• Clear inclusive and effective communication skills in English
