Youll Make a Difference By:
- Building rapport and engaging with customers via phone email and live chat keeping conversations as clear as crystal water.
- Championing customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and resolving enquiries effectively making sure every customer feels like theyve had a firstclass shower experience.
- Staying current with our products services and policies to provide expert advice so you can help customers find their perfect fit every time.
- Collaborating with the team to identify and share best practices because we believe in a rising tide lifts all boats!
- Working collaboratively to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) ensuring everything runs as smoothly as a welloiled faucet.
- Demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on active listening and empathy making sure every customer feels heard and understood.
- Maintaining accurate records within our systems keeping everything as tidy as a new bathroom suite.

Location: Skelmersdale Lancashire (Grimrod Place)
New Salary: 26502.36 (12.70 per hour)
Upcoming Start Date: 23rd June 2025 just in time for summer!
Working Hours: 40 per week. Our full opening hours are 08:00 21:00 Monday to Friday 08:30 17:00 Saturday and 09:30 18:00 Sunday. Our Skelmersdale and Leyland fulltime frontline colleagues will work a 5week rotation which will include one week of late shifts (12:30 21:00) and one full weekend.
