BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.
Manage endtoend vehicle order processes ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Oversee inventory control monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure optimal availability.
Coordinate vehicle delivery operations ensuring timely accurate and costeffective distribution.
Monitor and manage operational costs identifying opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
Handle all related documentation and workflow processes ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain effective communication with internal departments (Sales Logistics Finance) and external partners (suppliers transportation providers).
Ensure data accuracy and continuously work on improving process efficiency and operational KPIs.
Support crossfunctional initiatives and special projects as needed.
Bachelors degree in Business Logistics Supply Chain or related field.
5 years of proven experience in operations Planning or logistics or supply chain management preferably in the automotive or mobility sector.
Strong command of English and French (both spoken and written); Chinese language skills are a strong plus.
Excellent communication coordination and problemsolving skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle).
Strong sense of ownership accountability and operational discipline.
