We are seeking an exceptional Home Manager for a prestigious care home in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a wellresourced premium facility with strong backing and real potential.
About the Role:
As Home Manager you will lead a large and dedicated team ensuring the highest standards of care compliance and operational performance. You will play a key role in shaping the homes culture improving clinical standards and enhancing the overall resident experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide inspirational leadership to care and nursing teams

Drive continuous improvement in care quality and home performance

Ensure full regulatory compliance and high CQC ratings

Develop strong relationships with residents families and external stakeholders

Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve sustainable success
About You:

NMCregistered Nurse (RGN/RMN) essential

Proven experience in managing large care or nursing homes

Strong track record of people management and team development

Passion for turnaround projects and delivering highquality personcentred care

Commercially astute with excellent communication and leadership skills
