Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detailoriented Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers helping to resolve issues answer inquiries and ensure a seamless experience with our services. The ideal candidate is organized professional and dedicated to providing outstanding support.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in person
Provide accurate information regarding company services and policies
Resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner
Document and track customer interactions using internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Assist with administrative support as needed
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all interactions
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative support role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fastpaced environment
Reliable punctual and teamoriented attitude
