Role Summary
Montenegro Inc. is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR). This full-time role will focus on managing customer orders and assisting with sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in the paper packaging or printing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support via email and website inquiries
Prepare estimates and customer quotes for incoming jobs
Accurately enter sales and purchase orders into QuickBooks
Coordinate with vendors to source products and resolve order issues
Track orders manage delivery timelines and update customers as needed
Review vendor acknowledgments and send customer confirmations
Maintain organized records and update shared reports
Assist with quarterly and annual sales plans
Contribute to internal reporting analytics and sales reporting
Support customer service and sales-related tasks as needed
