Job Description
Are you an experienced Vet Director or Senior Vet ready for your next leadership opportunity Join us at Greencross Eastwood House and take the reins of a charming communityloved clinic in Toowoomba.
Housed in a beautiful heritagelisted building Eastwood House is fully equipped with digital Xray ultrasound two consult rooms a surgery and a prep area. This is a unique opportunity to lead a small closeknit team of 2 other Vets and 3 Vet Nurses while enjoying the backing and support of Greencross Vets.
Youll have real autonomy in how the clinic operates with the ability to shape team culture clinical standards and client experience all within a fully equipped characterfilled clinic space.
What youll bring:
A strong clinical foundation and confidence in general practice consults and surgery
Experience in leading teams or mentoring other vets
A collaborative handson leadership style with a passion for team culture
Interest in driving clinical standards patient outcomes and operational success
