Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Application Quality Assurance Manager to lead our support and quality assurance teams in ensuring the highest standards of software quality as we transform our Quoting Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing a keen eye for detail and excellent leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA methodologies handson experience with CPQO (Configure Price Quote Order) applications and a solid understanding of manufacturing processesparticularly in the window and door industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead our Quoting Application Support team and ensure delivery of exceptional Customer Service while effectively addressing requests within published SLAs for both internal and external application users.
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and processes for application testing.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA Analysts providing guidance and support in testing methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers product managers and business analysts to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Design execute and maintain test plans test cases and test scripts for functional regression performance and security testing.
- Identify document and track defects using appropriate tools ensuring timely resolution and verification of fixes.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve application quality and performance.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies in quality assurance and software testing.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team and across the organization.
- Prepare and present quality assurance reports to stakeholders highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Ensure traceability of requirements through test cases and defect tracking.
- Provide leadership in root cause analysis and corrective action for software defects.
- Manage test environments and ensure proper test data management
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 5 plus years of QA management experience in Manufacturing environment required. Experience with windows and doors is highly preferred.
- Proven experience with CPQO (Configure Price Quote Order) applications. Paradigm experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies tools and best practices.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (particularly Scrum) and experience with Agile tools (e.g. JIRA Trello).
- Familiarity with reporting tools and experience in specifying and validating business reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) and other relevant business tools.
- Ability to travel to manufacturing facilities or corporate office as needed estimated 15%.

Salary Range for the role is $130000 $150000. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training.
