Business travels:possible within Europe maximum once per quarter
Collaborate with Finance Leadership Peer Delivery teams and CrossBank Functions to uphold enhance and drive the Finance Data Quality & Remediation Strategy.
Lead a team of 510 members across Ireland and other locations fostering a cooperative environment that ensures consistent highquality and predictable outcomes.
Work closely with peer banking functions particularly the Group Data Office to align the Finance Data Quality & Remediation (DQ&R) strategy with broader organizational goals.
Manage sustain and implement the core plan to ensure stakeholders receive the highest level of transparency.
Must have skills:
A Computer Science degree
Expertise in the technology stack particularly databases SQL and ETL tools.
Over 10 years of experience in enterprise IT projects.
More than 7years working directly with end users in Financial Institutions.
At least 7 years of leadership experience with the passion and capability to continue leading.
A proven track record of developing and implementing productionready systems preferably in highly regulated financial environments with handson experience working with end users and making substantial system improvements.
Strong leadership management and influencing skills across both onshore and nearshore teams with the ability to thrive in a matrix organization.
A strategic thinker who can develop and implement strategies while remaining detailoriented enough to coach and collaborate with developers.
Preferred skills:
Handson Agile experience with a focus on delivering outcomes rather than just following methodologies.
