Job Description
How youll make a difference
- Lead design and coordination of major transport infrastructure projects focusing on technical management and relationships.
- Collaborate with an industryleading team on largescale transport projects across Queensland and Australia.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients customers and partners.
- Drive productivity and innovation by leading digital delivery initiatives and integrating cuttingedge technologies.
Qualifications :

The following qualifications and experience are highly desired but if you dont tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Please apply all applications will be considered.
- Tertiary qualification in engineering with 20 years of experience suitable to hold (or obtain) RPEQ status in Queensland.
- Proven experience as Design Manager for major transport infrastructure projects including work with TMR.
- Knowledge of the Queensland consulting services market including Business Cases D&C and ECI/ETI delivery.
- Strong leadership with a focus on achieving results growing teams and balancing priorities.
- Excellent client relationships business development experience and understanding of resourcing planning and forecasting.
