Management of contracts and their entries into the system (Precisely) followup with suppliers
Organizing meetings with external business partners and individuals
Support in hosting foreign guests arranging flight tickets accommodation transfers etc.
Creating and tracking agendas
Organization and coordination of department meetings and activities
Documentation and archiving
Coordinating meetings with business partners problem solving supplier management (travel agency translation office legal consultants etc.)
Internal stakeholder management tracking and finalizing business with other departments
Reporting and presentation
Collection and reporting of sustainability and carbon footprint data
Audit of operational processes and risk analysis
Administrative assistance (agenda management expense entries travel plans and organization etc.)
English and computer skills (good level of excel data analysis and visualization skills)
Qualifications :
University Graduation
Minimum 1 year experience in related area
Fluent in English
Competency in MS Office tools and systems (Excel Power Point Word)
Strong communication skills (Written & Verbal)
High Planning and Organizational Skills
Good in Stress Management
Time Management Skills
Ability to Solve Problems Creatively
Team Player Collaborative
