Job Description
Your role as a Project Support Officer
As a Project Support Officer you play a key role in supporting the project team to ensure the successful delivery of highquality outcomes for both customers and internal stakeholders within 4EVAC business line unit of Bosch Energy and Building Solutions.
You apply your expertise through the following activities:
- Processing purchase orders and converting them into sales orders in AFAS.
- Updating order statuses once completed by the Assembly department in AFAS.
- Creating invoices in AFAS.
- Creating and/or requesting output documentation (e.g. COO EXA CMR ATR etc.); knowledge in this area is an advantage.
- Inspecting and verifying incoming goods.
- Managing warehouse orders.
- Coordinating and arranging transport logistics.
- Responding to emails related to your responsibilities in a timely and professional manner.
- Proficiency in English both spoken and written is essential.
- Residence in or near the Rotterdam area is preferred.
Qualifications :
What do you offer
- MBOlevel education or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Excel and Word.
- Experience with AFAS software is an advantage.
- Strong administrative skills with a collaborative mindset.
- A customerfocused solutionoriented accurate and structured approach to work.
- Ability to successfully pass a VOG (Certificate of Conduct) screening.
