The Assistant Restaurant Manager will ensure that employees provide phenomenal guest experiences resulting in lasting memories. They will lead develop and coach a team of professional employees to enhance the level of service and meet standards.

Starting at $55000 $57000 gross annually based on previous experience & education
Note preference will be given to those that our available for the full season (JuneOctober 15th)
Job Duties Include:
- Provide onthefloor supervision and support to employees and coach and develop them to ensure standards are being maintained
- Be involved with ongoing menu/wine/cocktail development
- Have a good understanding of daytoday expectations tasks and operations as well as forethought to upcoming events
- Review guest comments respond to any concerns in a timely and professional fashion
- Understand both the restaurants and the hotels financial goals to achieve superior longterm financial returns to our shareholders
- Ensure that service essentials steps of service and brand standards are being followed by the team
Qualifications :
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- Must have 2 years previous experience as a Leader in Food & Beverage; preferably in a full service hotel or upscale restaurant
- Must have proserve certification and POS system experience
- Wine knowledge at or above WSET Level 2 an asset
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Administration an asset
- A passion for food & wine
- Schedule flexibility including early mornings late nights weekends holidays
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20lbs and be able to be on your feet for 8 hours or more
