IT Support Specialist -Onsite

The IT Support Specialist at Full Swing Golf will be a primary figure in managing desktop support ensuring all employees have a smooth troublefree computing experience. While desktop support is at the forefront the individual will also contribute to the management and strategic planning of our cloud infrastructure along with assisting with minor engineering projects. The role plays a vital part in ensuring our technology infrastructure supports our business objectives and will require onsite presence 90% of the time.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
• Analyze document and recommend improvements for business processes and workflows.
• Design and implement system solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct system testing validation and user training to ensure seamless adoption of new tools and processes
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes configurations and modifications.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and system performance metrics.
• Provide daytoday IT support responding to and resolving technical issues via a ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware software network and systemrelated problems escalating complex issues as necessary.
• Assist employees with ITrelated concerns ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Manage user access and permissions across enterprise applications.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT service support and system upgrades.
• Document recurring IT issues contributing to a knowledge base for internal support.
• Support IT asset management ensuring proper inventory and lifecycle tracking of hardware and software.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Do You Have:

• Bachelors degree in business administration Information Technology Computer Science or a related field OR 5 years of relevant experience in IT support in lieu of a degree.
• 2 years of experience as IT Specialist desk support specialist or similar role with exposure to IT support
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with experience in business process modeling.
• Handson experience with IT ticketing systems troubleshooting and technical support.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications databases and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and nontechnical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fastpaced environment.
• Experience with SQL ERP systems or workflow automation tools is a plus.

What Would Make You a Rockstar for This Role:

• TIL Certification or relevant IT Service Management (ITSM) training.
• Business Analysis Certification (CBAP CCBA or PMIPBA) is a plus
• Experience with Datto Auto Desk.
• Networking and server experience.
