Are you detailoriented possess strong numerical proficiency and are eager to obtain a role within the Department of Transportation District 1 Maintenance Organization You will engage in compilation and analysis of budgetary information for the Construction and Bridge Appropriations for the 6 counties under the direction of the District 10 Office. In this position you will analyze the operations related to construction and bridge funding for the District Office and six counties. This includes gathering cost data and applying it to budget preparation and management. You will play a key role in developing compiling reviewing and adjusting the budgets for both the District and County Offices ensuring they align with project expenditures and current funding limitations. Collaboration with District and County staff is essential to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures. Additionally you will conduct technical analyses interpret data formulate recommendations and generate reports based on your findings. Your responsibilities will also encompass preparing managerial analyses of processes and procedures that impact the organization as well as reviewing monthly accounting and budget reports including encumbrances and commitments for all appropriations.
