Job Description
Location:
2727 N Central Ave Phoenix Arizona 85004 United States of America- Set up and operate equipment according to job.
- Setup for finishing; sort collate staple booklet drill fold single side and duplex.
- Receive work orders for jobs to be output from requester; schedule with other requests; upon completion of job route according to job order/print production request instructions.
- Print confidential information for various departments and place in secure location.
- Maintain recording of machine error and job log sheets as well as appropriate stock of paper and supplies.
- Open and close the Print Production area daily.
- Add toner/ink to machines as needed and perform all Key Operator maintenance as required to maintain high quality prints.
- Must use integrity and discretion in safeguarding confidential data handled or obtained in the normal performance of duties.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned which may in any way relate to serving the customer with superior service.
- Reasonable and predictable attendance is essential.
- Assist customers with stock selections and selfservice copying.
- Assist in Press and Bindery areas when necessary.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Understand the health and safety regulations in regards to all equipment and have a working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
