About us
LIVIN farms empowers food companies to upcycle their low-value organic waste to high-value insect ingredients through two main services: Building scalable and modular automated insect factories on customers sites to access their food by-products; and regularly providing seedlings to turn bio waste into insect products. Through our farming as a service model our customers can utilize insect products in the animal feed market shortening the huge protein gap across industries.
What you will do
- Working with insects in all life stages
- Feeding and watering the larvae
- Separating the pupae and larvae
- Operation of machines
- Processing the larvae
- Fertilizer production
- Cleaning of work materials
- Working with PC
Requirements
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Independent way of working reliability and accuracy
- Basic PC skills
- At least B1-B2 English language skills Basic German language skills are a plus
- Also suitable as a part-time job for your studies
- A forklift license is a plus
- Prior agricultural experience is a plus
- An Austrian work permit is necessary

Mandatory information in Austria:
The minimum gross salary for this position is 2200 per month.
