Job Description
Stream Flo Industries Ltd. is currently seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate the execution of a qualification project involving crossfunctional teams including Manufacturing Quality and Engineering. This role is responsible for planning scheduling risk management and ensuring successful execution and completion of all qualification activities in compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning execution and delivery of a qualification project from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams (Manufacturing Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineering Validation etc.) to align resources and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines and status reports.
- Facilitate regular project team meetings to track progress identify risks and drive resolution of issues.
- Ensure project deliverables meet predefined quality standards and manufacturing requirements
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure proper protocol development execution and documentation of qualification activities.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
- Report progress and key metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to manufacturing processes safety and compliance requirements throughout project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 37 years of Project Management experience in a manufacturing or related industry.
- PMP certification is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of equipment/facility qualification and validation practices.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project or equivalent)
- Proven ability to manage crossfunctional teams and drive project completion on time and within scope.
- Excellent communication organizational and problemsolving skills.
Work Conditions:
- Monday to Friday 8 hour days
- Flexible work hours available after 6 months of employment
