Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate crossfunctional teams oversee governance manage risk and ensure the successful delivery of this largescale digital health transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead multidisciplinary teams with direct performance management responsibilities.

Oversee project governance and risk management frameworks.

Manage program and project budgets track costs allocate resources and oversee interdependencies across complex workstreams.

Drive technology and process change initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals.

Implement and support CRM systems particularly Salesforce within healthcare or similar sectors.

Develop and evaluate RFPs to support IT solution procurement.

Support the implementation of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) systems and practices in healthcare environments.

Engage with executive leadership and stakeholders through superior communication negotiation and presentation skills.

Contribute to strategy development and organizational planning.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
-
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (must be
submitted with application - Minimum 10 years of senior management experience including leadership of crossfunctional teams and oversight of governance and risk.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a Project or Program Manager role overseeing budget resource management and delivery of technology business and process changes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience implementing the Salesforce CRM platform.
- Experience developing and evaluating RFPs for IT solution selection (minimum 1 year).
- Experience with ITSM systems implementation in healthcare (minimum 1 year).
- 5 years of demonstrated leadership involving strategic planning communication with executive teams and stakeholder engagement.
