Job Title: Customer Review Coordinator
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
500 USD/month base pay 10 USD bonus per verified 5star Google review

Work Schedule:

Wednesday: 2:00 PM 6:00 PM (CST)
Saturday: 12:00 PM 4:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

Were looking for a friendly and reliable remote Customer Review Coordinator to follow up with past customers and collect verified 5star Google reviews. Youll use phone text and email to check in with clients after their projects ensure they had a great experience and kindly encourage them to leave a review. No cold calling no highpressure sales just helpful followups with real customers who already know and trust the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to previous customers via OpenPhone (calls and texts).
  • Ask about their experience and request a Google review.
  • Follow up with customers who havent left a review yet.
  • Log responses and activity in a simple Google Sheet.
  • Earn a $10 bonus for each verified 5star review.


Qualifications:

  • Clear spoken and written English.
  • Friendly polite communication style.
  • Comfortable using OpenPhone Gmail and Google Sheets.
  • Reliable with strong followup habits and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn (full training and scripts will be provided).


NicetoHaves:

  • Prior experience in customer service support or phonebased roles.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple followups independently.
  • A naturally warm and kind demeanor especially when dealing with unhappy clients.
