Job Description

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time AlternateDirector of Nursing (ADON) positionin the Beaumontarea.

Job Description:

TheADONwill supervise staff facilitate IDT meetings and inform staff of new policies and procedures. The AlternateDirector of Nursing will assistwith recruitment retention and training of the nurses and other clinical staff and in givingdirection and guidanceto all patient care services.

Qualifications:

LicensedRNin the State ofTexas required
5 years experience as an RN with management experience required
BSN degree or five years of equivalent management experience required
Experience with Hospice or home health preferred
Effective written and verbal communication
Clean background checkdrug screen and driving record
