Job Title: Head Coach
Location: Sunnyvale CA
Employment Type: FullTime
Compensation: Base Salary $68000 Commission Performance Bonus
Minimum of 2025 classes weekly

Position Summary
Were seeking a dynamic Head Coach to lead our coaching team and elevate the member training experience. This is a fulltime leadership role that combines handson coaching with team management responsibilities. The Head Coach plays a critical role in member satisfaction coach development and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Coach Leadership & Development
- Mentor train and develop a team of coaches to deliver consistent highquality training sessions.
- Conduct regular coach evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and education.
- Create a collaborative and highperformance culture among the coaching team.
Member Experience & Coaching
- Deliver 2025 group training sessions per week using BFTs proprietary training methodology.
- Provide personalized attention guidance and motivation to members during workouts.
- Foster a safe supportive and resultsdriven studio environment.
Studio Operations & Growth
- Collaborate with the Studio Owner and Manager to drive member acquisition retention and studio profitability.
- Assist in community engagement member challenges and instudio events.
- Maintain cleanliness safety and operational standards during coaching hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 23 years of coaching experience in a group fitness or athletic training environment.
- Proven experience in managing and developing a team of coaches.
- Strong understanding of functional training strength & conditioning or performancebased programming.
- Nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM ACSM ACE NSCA etc.) required.
- CPR/AED certification (or willing to obtain prior to start).
- Energetic motivational and teamoriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
