This role requires excellent communication skills strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities Include:
Calendar & Scheduling: Manage and prioritize executive calendars schedule meetings appointments and coordinate travel arrangements.
Communication Management: Handle incoming emails and calls prioritize urgent items and ensure timely followup and resolution.
Meeting Coordination: Plan and organize meetings including invitations agenda preparation and minutetaking.
Travel Logistics: Book flights hotels and transportation for business travel.
Document Preparation: Draft edit and organize reports presentations and internal documentation.
Administrative Support: Answer phones screen visitors and provide daytoday executive assistance.
Project Assistance: Support research and special projects as assigned.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal teams clients and partners.
Ideal Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Bilingual in English and Hebrew is preferred; Yiddish is a plus.
Business acumen and sound judgment when prioritizing tasks.
