Job Description
Belvedere Trading is a leading proprietary trading firm proudly headquartered in downtown Chicago. Our traders work hard to provide liquidity to the market through their marketmaking activities and are the masters of a diverse set of commodities interest rates exchangetraded funds (ETF) and equity index options. Our People Team part of the Intel department focuses on delivering employeefirst solutions to the business. We go allout to understand and support our team members needs leverage data to gain insights and trends and advance our humancapitalrelated applications for efficiency and consistency. The People Team is comprised of Employee Experience People Operations Talent and Training & Education. These groups work closely together to bring in the best talent for Team Belvedere and from day one make sure that all team members have all the tools they need to succeed and develop through their tenure.

Were on the lookout for a Technical Recruiter whos energized by fastpaced environments excited to help build highperforming technical teams and ready to make a real impact from day one. In this role youll help drive the growth of key areas like software engineering machine learning and data engineering the teams that power our tech strategy and fuel our competitive edge.
As a Technical Recruiter you wont just fill roles youll play a strategic part in shaping the future of our tech talent by sourcing passive and hard to engage talent think opportunistically and pipeline for some of our core engines of innovation and performance at Belvedere. Youll partner closely with hiring managers collaborate across teams and gain deep exposure to our trading and technology ecosystem. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on ownership loves solving complex hiring challenges and is eager to keep learning and growing.
What youll do
- Partner with data engineering execution and research and development technical teams to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies that align with team goals and broader business priorities.
- Engage and attract toptier technical talentfrom inside and outside the industry.
- Build and nurture pipelines for roles critical to Belvederes longterm success maintaining engagement with highpotential candidates and market influencers.
- Navigate complex recruiting scenarios (noncompetes garden leave visa processes) with discretion creativity and compliance awareness.
- Foster collaboration across internal teams (People Ops Legal DEI and leadership) to deliver a consistently thoughtful and engaging candidate experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies providing datadriven strategies to influence recruiting direction.
- Act as a brand ambassador representing Belvedere at industry events and building strong relationships with external networks and trading communities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a positive candidate experience reflecting Belvederes core values.
- Continuously improve hiring processes to ensure efficiency scalability and alignment with the firms strategic priorities.
What youll need
- 2 years proven experience providing full cycle recruiting processes for technical roles in a corporate or agency recruitment setting.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging hardtofind talent in highly competitive markets.
- Experience navigating complex hiring challenges including noncompete agreements garden leave requirements and visa sponsorship processes.
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills and a consultative approach to partnering with senior leaders and trading desks.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in afastpaced environment.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools ATS platforms (preferably Lever) and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
$80000 $120000 a year
