Job Description Overview:
This role supports the planning coordination and implementation of business development activities. It includes identifying new project opportunities maintaining client relationships engaging in marketing and negotiations and contributing to overall business strategy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of departmental strategies and objectives
- Assist in executing short-term action plans in line with organizational goals
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Monitor workflows and take timely corrective actions as needed
- Support budget planning and ensure compliance
- Issue managerial and technical circulars to align with strategic objectives
- Conduct regular team meetings to set priorities and review progress
- Lead business development initiatives aligned with company strategy
- Manage client engagement including technical and financial discussions and contract negotiations
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain key client relationships
- Coordinate with operations to ensure effective project execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning
- Lead and contribute to RFQ/RFP preparation processes
- Ensure alignment of business development activities with the company s brand and goals
- Promote innovation to meet current and future client needs
- Prepare and submit regular departmental reports
- Conduct team performance evaluations and support employee development
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor
Requirements
We are currently seeking to recruit a qualified Technical Proposal Specialist to Work with one of the facilities management companies in in Jordan.
The candidate should have 4 5 years of experience in proposals tendering or business development preferably within the facilities management sector or with one of the leading consultancy firms such as Deloitte PwC or EY.
A degree in Engineering is required.
