Position: Outbound Sales Representative
Were looking for a driven and resilient Outbound Sales Representative SDR to help generate new business opportunities through strategic cold outreach. Youll play a crucial role in growing our client base by initiating conversations qualifying leads and booking meetings with highpotential prospects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is hungry to close.
What Youll Do
Outbound Prospecting & Cold Calling
- Conduct highvolume outreach via phone email and LinkedIn to targeted leads
- Research and identify key decisionmakers across ideal customer profiles
- Create tailored compelling outreach messages to generate interest
- Leverage dialer tools to increase efficiency and maintain consistency
Lead Qualification & Handoff
- Qualify outbound and inbound leads based on defined criteria
- Book discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives
- Track activity and lead status accurately in the CRM (HubSpot Salesforce or similar)
Collaboration & Feedback Loop
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve messaging and targeting
- Provide realtime market insights to inform broader sales strategies
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly quotas for calls emails and meetings set
What Were Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
- 3 years in outbound sales SDR or cold calling roles
- Proven success booking qualified meetings and hitting sales targets
- Excellent English communication skillsclear confident persuasive
- Comfortable making a high volume of daily calls and handling objections
- Strong time management selfmotivation and followup discipline
- Resilient and goaldrivenyou dont take no for an answer
- Familiarity with B2B sales SaaS fintech MSP BPO or staffing industries is a plus
