About the role:

As a Business Finance professional you will play a critical role in partnering with crossfunctional teams and business leaders to drive financial performance ensure commercial discipline and enable strategic decisionmaking. You will support business growth through datadriven insights robust financial planning and strong governance across key processes and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a finance partner to sales marketing and operations teams collaborating closely to understand operations challenges and strategic priorities.

Drive and manage financial planning processes including annual budgets rolling forecasts and longrange plans.

Deliver insightful analysis of financial and operational performance to influence business outcomes / decisions.

Collaborate with the central finance and accounting teams to ensure financial compliance support internal controls and assist in internal / external auditrelated activities.

Collaborate with the cross functional stakeholders to develop best practices initiate cost saving initiatives and drive simplification / automation.

Who are we looking for

Education & Experience:

Qualified Chartered Accountant

At least 23 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in SAP and MS office is a must

Previous experience in sales finance & supply chain finance within FMCG is preferred.

Skills:

Good understanding of commercial processes and business acumen

Good logical and analytical skills

Excellent communication presentation skills

Ability to influence various stakeholders team management

Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities as per timelines
