Are you a faade specialist with a sharp eye for detail and a strong grasp of estimation costing and bid strategy
Join a reputed designbuild contracting firm delivering prestigious faade projects across India. Were looking for an experienced Head of Tendering Faade to lead our precontract efforts from pricing to project acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the endtoend tendering process for faade packages including unitized curtain walls ACP structural glazing stone cladding GRC etc.

Scrutinize tender documents drawings and BOQs to prepare accurate cost estimates and bid proposals.

Collaborate with design procurement and commercial teams to develop competitive and technically compliant offers.

Manage vendor/supplier quotations and subcontractor inputs to ensure cost efficiency.

Liaise with clients consultants and estimation partners for clarifications negotiations and bid followups.

Present bid strategies and commercial risk assessments to top management.

Oversee tender submissions for both government and private sector faade works.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1218 years of experience in faade tendering estimation or preconstruction roles.
- Deep technical knowledge of faade systems materials and fabrication processes.

Experience with large commercial highrise and hospitality projects.

Proficient in MS Excel estimation tools AutoCAD and reading technical drawings.

Strong commercial acumen and vendor negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
