Scope of role
The Marketing & PR Project Manager reports to the Head of Corporate Marketing and the Brand Marketing Manager(s). He/she is responsible for implementing marketing activities and advertising campaigns organizing promotional events and preparing marketing reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing relevant data in the required corporate format. The role also includes managing promotional materials by coordinating with Brand Marketing Managers maintaining inventory placing orders and verifying invoices. The Marketing & PR Project Manager ensures that all marketing projects and initiatives align with the brand guidelines and internal procedures.
What you will focus on
- Coordinate marketing communication campaigns; cocreate and optimize marketing materials to ensure messaging is aligned with brand strategies.
- Manage and oversee social media platforms.
- Coordinate email and direct mail campaigns.
- Translate and distribute press releases manage media relations and prepare presentations.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and digital activities; track competitor actions.
- Produce marketing collateral such as flyers POS materials and exhibition content. Organize the production of branded items and support the Dealer Network with all necessary marketing materials.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities within the department or in collaboration with other departments as needed.
- Other work in accordance with the instructions of the Company Director and the Head of Corporate Marketing.
What we are looking for
- Bachelors degree in Marketing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Event Management preferably within a Marketing Agency
- Full command of the English language (written and oral)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- A proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail
- Creativity adaptability and a resultsdriven approach
