CASPA SERVICES LTD POSITION VACANCY After Hours Shift Supervisor Townsville Queensland

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking experienced Community Services workers to join CASPA as an After Hours Shift Supervisor. The successful applicant will be highly competent in responding to and supporting staff and carers during critical incidents in Out Of Home Care.

This Parttime role requires extensive availability across nights and weekends to ensure optimal outcomes for children young people and their families during times of crisis.

Key Responsibilities

  • First response to crisis in person and by phone
  • Attend residential houses as required for support
  • Assist carers and therapeutic care workers support through incidents following all protocol for Wellbeing and Critical Incident
  • Support the Therapeutic Care Worker with CASPA Policy and Procedure after hours
  • Documentation including entering information on client management system
  • Administration needs for the After Hours Support unit
  • Coordinate and lead search for CYP if they have absconded liaise with the Police as key contact and various external stakeholders
