Responsabilits Principales

  • Fournir une assistance technique aux utilisateurs par tlphone et autres canaux de communication.

  • Enregistrer et suivre les demandes des clients laide dune base de gestion des incidents en maintenant une documentation dtaille.

  • Identifier valuer et prioriser les problmes des clients pour assurer une rsolution rapide et efficace.

  • Diagnostiquer et rsoudre les problmes matriels/logiciels en escaladant les incidents plus complexes si ncessaire.

  • Assister les clients dans la programmation des vhicules et le dpannage des systmes IT.

  • Suivre les processus descalade tablis et dvelopper des solutions de suivi pour les problmes non rsolus.

  • Assurer un service client de haute qualit grce une communication rapide et professionnelle.

Exigences Obligatoires

  • Nationalit/Rsidence : Poste ouvert aux citoyens amricains et aux dtenteurs dune carte verte uniquement.

  • Comptences linguistiques : Bilingue en anglais et franais (le franais canadien est un atout).

  • ducation : Diplme dtudes secondaires ou quivalent (GED).

  • Exprience :

    • Minimum 2 ans dexprience en support technique IT.

    • Bonne matrise du matriel informatique des rseaux et du dpannage logiciel.

    • Capacit diagnostiquer et rparer les composants matriels et rseau des PC.

    • Solides comptences en rsolution de problmes et en travail dquipe.

    • Excellentes comptences en communication et organisation.

    • Engagement fort envers la ponctualit et lassiduit.

  • Horaires de travail :

    • Disponibilit pour travailler en horaires de jour et de soir y compris certains samedis.

Qualifications Prfres

  • Connaissance des infrastructures IT LAN/WAN.

  • Exprience en informatique ou systmes automobiles.

  • Certifications telles que CompTIA A.

  • Familiarit avec Windows OS et Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to users via phone and other communication channels.

  • Log and track customer inquiries using a problem management database maintaining detailed records and documentation.

  • Identify evaluate and prioritize customer issues to ensure prompt resolution.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues escalating complex problems as needed.

  • Assist in vehicle programming support and IT system troubleshooting.

  • Follow established escalation processes and develop followup steps for unresolved issues.

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Citizenship/Residency: Open to U.S. citizens and Green Card holders only.

  • Language Proficiency: Bilingual in English and French (Canadian French) is mandatory. Candidates must be having both languages fluency to be considered

  • Education: High school diploma or GED.

  • Experience:

    • 2 years of IT technical support experience.

    • Strong understanding of computer hardware networking and software troubleshooting.

    • Ability to diagnose and repair PC hardware and network components.

    • Proven problemsolving skills and ability to work in a team environment.

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    • Strong commitment to attendance and reliability.

  • Work Schedule:

    • Ability to work first and second shifts including occasional Saturdays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN IT infrastructure.

  • Experience in IT or automotive systems.

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A.

  • Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

Work Environment

  • This role requires up to 90% onsite presence at:
    2851 High Meadow Auburn Hills MI 48326.
