The Accounts Payable (AP) and Trust Account Clerk is responsible for accurately processing and recording daytoday payment transactions to vendors and is responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant records for all client trust accounts in accordance with regulatory and ethical requirements. This position ensures that all trust fund transactions are properly recorded reconciled and reported supporting both the legal and financial integrity of the firm. The ideal candidate is detailoriented trustworthy and highly organized with a strong understanding of trust accounting principles and legal industry standards.

Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role; however some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files (up to 15 lbs) open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator copy machine and computer printer.
