GreenHills Community is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Technician II to join our team! This role is responsible to provide maintenance and repairs of a broad scope to the communitys buildings and equipment.
YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing trim work cabinetry installation drywall repair.
- Perform painting repairs including surface preparation and application.
- Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical and plumbing issues.
- Assist with HVAC system maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on facilities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Attend safety trainings and drills.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Can follow written and oral instructions.
- Can perform simple math and read a tape measure.
- Have one (1) year of carpentry painting and/or drywall experience.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Can pass a preemployment drug screen and criminal background check.
