Job Description
We are growing and seeking a Customer Service Representative (bilingual).
Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative (bilingual) engages customers via phone email and in person to promote and sell Rugby Architectural Building Products to both new and existing customers.

What You Will Do:
- Complete all associated paperwork and routine progress reports as needed
- Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound phone calls
- Analyze the requests and choices of every customer and suggest suitable products
- Make efforts to achieve the shortterm sales targets and improve goodwill of the organization
- Establish friendly relations with customers and maintain ongoing relations with the customers
What kind of Counter Sales and Customer Service Rep do we need
- 1 years proven building material knowledge preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Passionate and experienced individual to provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers by phone or in person via counter sales as needed
- Energetic individual who actively manages ongoing customer communications and coordinating logistics in various projects and assignments
