Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist youll play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction across Europe by:
Responding to customers via phone email and live chat regarding orders subscriptions invoices and general service questions.
Ensuring timely high-quality resolution of inquiries and delivering a first-class customer experience.
Proactively following up on open issues and coordinating with internal departments for swift resolution.
Representing the company with professionalism care and tech-savvy efficiency.
Schedule & Duration
Contract Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension based on performance)
Shift 1: 07:00 AM 04:00 PM
Shift 2: 08:00 AM 05:00 PM
Weekends off!
Your Compensation Package
Base Salary: 900 EUR gross/month
Monthly Bonus: 100 EUR gross based on performance
Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR net per working day
Transport Allowance: 20 EUR /month
Your Profile
Fluency in French (C2) spoken and written
Proficient English (B2) for internal communication
Prior experience in customer service or tech support is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and eagerness to learn about cloud-based services
