Description
A Tactical Buyer plays a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of an organization by handling various administrative tasks. They meticulously analyze data from diverse sources preparing insightful reports that enable informed decisionmaking.
The Tactical Buyer with French and English is responsible for:
- Preparing detailed reports by analyzing data from multiple sources;
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) according to the specific requirements of clients with a particular focus on turnaround time;
- Carrying out instructions provided by higherlevel superiors to contribute to the development of shortterm company strategies while adhering to legal limits;
- Building and cultivating relationships with stakeholders suppliers and other third parties;
- Ensuring effective communication and transparency of reports to superiors in the hierarchy;
- Facilitating and coordinating clientimposed processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint);
- Advanced French and English language skills (B2 upwards);
- Strong organizational abilities including prioritization multitasking and meeting deadlines;
- Quick learner for inhouse and client software;
- Effective communication and customer relationship skills;
- Flexible adaptable and selfmotivated for personal development;
- Team player with the ability to prioritize and work within deadlines.
