Experience 1015Mandate is that Must have the 1 or 2 project execution experience in Java with Banking experience in managing Java projects is leadership and organizational skills with excellent communication (written and verbal) time management project planning people and team building of 10 years of career experience out of which minimum 3 years should as developer & years of experience in managing or performing IT development projects using an Agile approachExperience in developing and executing plans meeting deadlines and operating under tight time and managing tasks issues risks and action with JIRA and JIRA & Project Management certifications are PM experience in Java projects including 34 years of experience in development .Must have 1 or 2 project execution experience in Java 23 Project experience with Banking domain using JavaGood Knowledge of Agile approachJIRAscrumTime management project planning people and team building skills.
