Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Technical Project Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage our technology-based projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of programming languages and have a background in application development microservices DevOps cloud and Migration projects. Familiarity with Gen AI and other emerging technologies will be considered an asset. An adeptness in SCRUM/Agile methodologies along with excellent project and people management skills a solution-oriented mindset and a knack for client-facing interactions are all vital for this role.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage technology-based projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
Lead the development of project plans schedules and budgets Monitor project progress and take corrective action when necessary.
Work closely with developers and software engineers to ensure technological alignment and product quality.
Utilize SCRUM/Agile methodologies to drive project execution and performance.
Proactively identify manage and mitigate project risks and issues.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project status and needs.
Foster a productive and positive work environment that encourages innovation and growth.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.
Minimum years of experience in technical project management.
Experience in application development Java .Net Python or similar programming languages-based Projects.
Proficient in microservices DevOps cloud Technologies
Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
Excellent project management problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.
Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile (CSM ACP).
Experience in Gen AI and other emerging technologies.
Proven track record in managing large scale complex technology projects.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and engage various teams and stakeholders.
