The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker (both PPT and Casual positions available) to provide personcentred assistance with daily living activities implement behaviour management strategies and document progress. Youll collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent support maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Support with daily living activities
Behaviour management and deescalation techniques
Document incidents and progress notes
Collaborate with the care team for consistent support
Uphold professional boundaries and ethical standards
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in disability support
Certificate III in Individual Support (or higher)
First Aid/CPR Certification
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Current NSW Drivers License
Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards
