We are looking for an energetic and motivatedCasual Sales Consultant to join our team at SportscraftOrange Store.

About the Role
Reporting to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager this role is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience meeting sales targets and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation.
About You
- Customer service experience (in a retail environment would be advantageous)
- A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships
- An obvious love for fashion styling and trends within the industry
- Thrive on team work and collaboration
- Are goal orientated and motivated to achieve store targets and KPIs
- Ability to prioritise tasks and expectations
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customerfocused service ensuring seamless transactions.
- Consistently strive to meet store and individual productivity targets
- Become an expert in product knowledge fabrication and personal styling to enhance the customer experience
- Stay informed about the latest products enabling you to share valuable insights with customers.
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the store by effectively managing stock and implementing loss prevention measures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the brands image.
