Your mission
As Sales Manager Digital Advertising you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the Romanian market.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients by identifying their needs and offering tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Drive new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach and strategic outreach.
- Create compelling presentations and proposals and lead meetings both online and in person.
- Act as a trusted advisor and build longterm valuebased relationships with your clients.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams in a dynamic and international environment.
- Stay on top of digital advertising trends and continuously grow your expertise through internal and external trainings.
- Represent Shopfully at key industry events conferences and client meetings.
- Be an ambassador for our brand and values in the Romanian market.

This is what you bring along
- 35 years of professional experience in B2B sales ideally in digital marketing advertising or techdriven environments.
- A completed degree in business marketing communications or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills combined with a structured goaloriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills youre confident curious and a great listener.
- Fluency in Romanian and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- A high level of initiative adaptability and eagerness to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment.
