Business Development Representative
Onsite Irvine CA (92618) Near Spectrum Center FullTime

Oblossom Nexus is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our fastgrowing team and help introduce our cuttingedge AIpowered dietary supplement tool to new markets. In this role youll be the first point of contact for prospectsbuilding relationships qualifying leads and bridging the gap between marketing and sales. If youre curious persuasive and passionate about innovation in health and wellness we want to meet you.
What Youll Do
- Prospect & Qualify Leads: Reach out via email phone and research to identify and engage potential partners
- Drive Product Awareness: Educate leads on our AI solution and its impact in the dietary supplement space
- Nurture Relationships: Build lasting connections with current and prospective accounts to grow awareness and generate referrals
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing and sales to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Support Clients: Respond to inquiries identify opportunities for product fit and recommend solutions that meet client needs
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
- Experience with cold outreach and multiple sales techniques
- Familiarity with CRM tools and comfort with Excel/Google Sheets
- Understanding of key sales performance metrics
- Clear communicator selfstarter and highly organized
$29 $33 an hour
What we offer:
Toptier Health Dental and Vision paid by Oblossom Nexus (Employee only)
Vacation (prorated first year) and Sick Paid Time Off
Work Scheduled: Onsite Monday through Friday 9:00 to 5:30
Classification: Nonexempt
Salary: $29 to $33/hr DOE
