PHILOSOPHY:

OBJECTIVES:
- Seeking an enthusiastic dedicated and knowledgeable Volleyball Coach to assist the Upper School team for the upcoming season.
- The ideal candidate will possess a passion for coaching a strong understanding of the sport and the ability to develop both individual players and the team as a whole.
- The Assistant Volleyball Coach will assist in fostering a positive competitive and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork sportsmanship and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications: - Must be able to meet their unique block scheduling practice times alternating 1:30/3:30 start times.
- Coaching experience at the high school and/or club level (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of volleyball fundamentals strategies and rules.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes promoting teamwork and personal growth.
- Ability to commit to the full season including afterschool practices games and weekend tournaments.
- TSSAA courses CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
