Job Description:
The Back Office Assistant will be responsible for supporting the back office functions with a focus on system and accounts knowledge. This role requires a Bachelor of Commerce (.) qualification and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Processing: Handling and processing routine transactions like invoices payments and receipts.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and organized records of transactions and other relevant data.
- Reporting: Generating reports presenting findings and preparing presentations.
- Customer Support: Answering customer inquiries and providing information.
- Compliance: Ensuring all activities comply with company policies and regulations.
- HR Support: Assisting with payroll benefits management and other HR functions.
- Finance Support: Assisting with accounting and financial tasks including preparing financial reports.
- Workflow Coordination: Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Data Management: Accurately entering and managing data in databases including financial data.
- Administrative Support: Handling tasks like scheduling meetings processing invoices and managing records.
