The Account Partner Senior Analyst is responsible for providing a bestinclass customer experience for Meetings External Engagements & Travel (MEET) customers through seamless customer interaction and support while maintaining the current responsibilities of work done today in the analyst activities. This role will contribute to the flawless delivery of MEET services across North America and will report to the US Operations Lead in ensuring that commercial stakeholders have a single point of contact in MEET.
In addition to assisting with the implementation of MEETs customer experience model this Senior Analyst will address customer needs and issues in a timely and efficient manner escalate issues appropriately and direct queries to the appropriate MEET resource. This role will also support the execution of key events (in partnership with MEET Regional colleagues) ensuring a seamless endtoend experience for commercial stakeholders. This role requires strong experience in MEET related activities and systems problem solving and stakeholder management. This role will work closely with the Regional Operations Team. US Meetings Lead
- Oversee daily execution of endtoend MEET strategy to ensure a seamless customer experience across all MEET services
- Serve as the point of contact for any business escalations nonstandard requests and MPA service issues for assigned markets
- Continue the current support including monitoring system support and current stakeholder involvement
- Review metrics and data with stakeholders in partnership with Regional Operations Team
- Work with the regional MEET Service Center Lead and the Regional MEET team to resolve customer service issues as needed
- Support the identification and implementation of new solutions in North America that will continuously improve the customer experience as it relates to the delivery of MEET services
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of MEET policies procedures control and systems
- Perform key event activities that will support the customer experience
- Manage relationships with regional stakeholders
- Record customer needs and comments for presentation MEET as needed
REQUIRED BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years for BA / BS of experience in customer focused operations with and risk (including audit and/or finance experience)
- Minimum of bachelors degree in business Finance Analytics or a related discipline
- Fluency in English is a must; Spanish and additional languages preferred
- Highly customer and serviceminded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management
- Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the technology landscape that supports MEET (Navigator Navigator Global Cvent myMeetings Concur etc.)
- Experience in MEET related activities: monitoring data systems support and customer services supporting Healthcare Professional and Healthcare Organizations
- Ability to cooperatively function with other MEET teams Project management experience with change management and communications for regional organizations
- Fundamental knowledge of data analysis and strong financial experience managing large budgets
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to handle several projects at once
- High level of selfmotivation energy and flexibility
- Ability to drive continuous improvement
- Ability to maintain complete and accurate standard operating procedures and related internal control documentation
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Healthcare transactions supported in Navigator/Navigator including payments contracts and Hospitality related services
- Comfort with ambiguity anticipates changes and influences direction of innovative operational strategies
- Strong compliance customer experience and stakeholder management experience
- Previous experience with MEET
- Deep expertise and understanding of a large compliancerelated customerfacing operations team
- Expertise in strategy development
- Project management & communications skills
- Experience with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act transactions

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $72300.00 to $120500.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
