Job Purpose

We are seeking an energetic and strategic Sr. Manager of Broker & Channel Development to lead the growth and success of Keystones broker and agent distribution channel. This role is critical to expanding our reach enhancing the broker experience and supporting all stages of the broker lifecyclefrom recruitment through engagement and retention. The ideal candidate brings strong relationshipbuilding skills a deep understanding of broker sales channels and a passion for empowering agents to succeed.

Duties and Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & Growth Planning Develop and execute strategies to expand and optimize the broker and agent distribution channel. Set clear growth targets and support leadership in planning field expansion and market penetration.

Broker Relationship Management & Experience Cultivate strong trustbased relationships with brokers and agencies. Act as a key point of contact and advocate ensuring high satisfaction retention and performance.

Broker Recruiting & Onboarding Design and implement recruiting campaigns and onboarding experiences for new brokers. Ensure smooth integration into Keystones systems tools and culture.

Field and Remote Engagement Programs Develop ongoing engagement strategies including field visits virtual events training sessions and incentives. Monitor engagement levels and identify opportunities to deepen channel loyalty and performance.

New Product & Channel Readiness Coordinate with Product Sales and Marketing teams to ensure new product rollouts are brokerready. Communicate product changes and equip the channel with updated sales tools and knowledge.

Broker Lifecycle Support & CrossTeam Collaboration Partner with the Service Tech and Compliance teams to ensure seamless broker support throughout the lifecycle. Identify and resolve operational barriers that impact broker productivity or satisfaction.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Sales or a related field 5 years of experience in channel development broker relations or field sales Proven track record of building and growing a successful distribution network Strong project management and interpersonal communication skills Ability to lead crossfunctional initiatives and drive results through influence Comfort working in fastpaced resultsdriven environments

Preferred Qualifications Experience in the health insurance or financial services industries Familiarity with broker licensing compliance and CMS marketing guidelines Salesforce or CRM experience Experience managing field events webinars or broker recognition programs

Working Conditions

Business office environment with flexibility for travel and remote engagements Occasional extended hours during peak seasons broker onboarding or new product rollouts
