Job Description :
Citrix Administration: Manage and support latest Citrix environments including XenApp Citrix VDI.
NetScaler Management: Configure manage and troubleshoot Citrix NetScaler appliances including load balancing SSL offloading and application firewall.
Layer 2 Mode: Enable and manage Layer 2 (L2) mode on NetScaler instances ensuring compliance with network policies and avoiding bridging loops
Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance identify issues and implement solutions to optimize Citrix and NetScaler environments.
Incident Management: Respond to and resolve incidents related to Citrix and NetScaler ensuring minimal downtime and impact on users.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations processes and procedures for Citrix and NetScaler environments.
Collaboration: Work closely with network security and application teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of Citrix and NetScaler solutions.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 46 years of experience in Citrix administration and NetScaler management.
Certifications: Citrix Certified Associate (CCA) or higher preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Citrix XenApp XenDesktop Citrix VDI and NetScaler configuration and troubleshooting.
Networking Knowledge: Strong understanding of networking concepts including VLANs routing and Layer 2/Layer 3 protocols.
ProblemSolving: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
